Meatless Monday...baking corn with Frankie.
Here is a super easy way to cook healthy and delicious corn on the cob.
An hour or so before you are ready to eat, this can be one of the first things you cook to get it out of the way and ready for your meal.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and then put the ears of corn in just as they are (you can trim them a bit with scissors if there is a lot of husk and hair hanging off.)
After they are cooked, just take them out of the oven and cover with a towel to keep warm. Just before you are ready to sit down for your meal, you can remove the husks to serve.
You do not need to add anything to these ears...they are delicious as is!
