More than a diet ~ it's a lifestyle: The Daniel Plan
We would like to help people who follow certain diets such as Weight-Watchers, keep to their diets and actually make it easy for them to stick to their diets via our restaurants & marketplace. Here is another diet we want to support, for your information: The Daniel Plan:
World medical authorities: Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Dr. Daniel Amen have joined forces with the Pastor at Saddleback Church (here in the O.C.) to promote truly healthy living through a truly healthy diet, which they named the Daniel Plan.
Like our eat2live diet, this diet supports a healthier life via the foods we choose to eat, starting with eating more natural foods. As we suggest: turn your diet upside-down, eat more fruits and veggies, treat meat as a side dish occassionally if possible, and stay away from processed foods and foodstuffs such as refined sugar, white rice, white bread and white pasta.
Having truly good health and well-being and finding your ideal body weight is indeed as simple as turning your diet upside-down, however doing it alone can sometimes be too difficult to stick-with-it long enough for it to become a natural way of eating.
