A good diet generates true health and prevents disease across the board. Preventing disease and illness and even reversing and slowing insidious diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and Type I Diabetes ~ can be accomplished simply by eating a healthy diet. This fact should not be underestimated. The earlier in life that good food is eaten, the better one's health will be.
Many of you will wonder, "If this is true and it is that simple, why haven't I heard this before?"
The answer is: the extremely powerful, influential and incredibly wealthy industries and arms of our government that profit enormously from the typically harmful American diet. The financial condition of their future depends on controlling what the general public knows about nutrition and health.
Until recently, Americans have been blindly and blissfully eating a diet controlled by big businesses whose interests lie entirely in the health of its profits and shareholders. Very scary enterprises like Monsanto have a hand in almost everything American's ingest. Serving its purpose and bottom line is the fact that most Americans do not want to hear or believe that their favorite drinks, snacks or foods are in truth a serious health problem.
