Artichokes ~ 1/4 artichoke heart per day
Beets contain betanins that starve tumors and can prevent cancer cells from dividing. Recommended amount is ¼ cup a day.
Berries particularly organic strawberries, blackberries, rasberries and blueberries. It is recommended that we eat at least 1 cup of colorful foods a day.
Cashews ~ 12 per day can reduce the risk of colon cancer.
Chocolate ~ dark

Grapefruit ~ red
Leafy Greens such as kale, bok choy ~ three ½ cup servings a week
Olive and Grapeseed oils
Red wine and green tea
Papaya contains the phytochemical, lycopene, and has been shown to lower the risk of cervical cancer.
