Americans are paying a heavy price for the ridiculous amounts of caffeine we ingest. Whether it is found in sodas, 'energy' drinks, coffee, tea, our food or your meds ~ caffeine causes our bodies to react quicker to stress, both physical and mental. There are no nutritional benefits with this drug.
