Oprah ~ going Meatless on Mondays!
After battling her weight issues up and down and around numerous diets and fads, last week Oprah dedicated her show to meat-free diets. She and 378 members of her staff spent a week following a diet free of animal products, and now her studio will adhere to Meatless Mondays from now on.
"You have to decide what's right for you and for your family," says Oprah. "Half the battle is just being aware of where your food comes from and how it makes you feel."
As we advocate here everyday, a diet of mainly fruits and veggies will not only help you to find your ideal body weight, it will leave you feeling great ~ full of good, clean, natural energy.
Remember, losing weight is not only about eating well, it is about portion size too!
