Dean Ornish on the World's Killer Diet
It is difficult to say what is impossible, for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow. ~ Robert H. Goddard
Sherwin Nuland explained that hope is the expectation of something good that is due to happen, and that the world will be saved by the human spirit ~ representing the ability each of us has to rise out of our ordinary selves to make change.
We, at green2go, have high hopes for significant, positive change in our food supply and are therefore, working hard to make it happen. A big part of our effort is in what we share here, in this space, with you! Therefore we have chosen this very quick, 3 minute presentation by Dean Ornish, in which he presents the facts about the relationship between diet, lifestyle and disease.
Dean Ornish is a clinical professor at UCSF and the founder of the Preventive Medicine Research Institute. He is an expert on fighting illness with diet and lifestyle. In the following speech he explains that by simply changing our diet and lifestyle we can make real, significant change in our health ~ reversing and stopping disease.
We hope you enjoy these very important ideas.
