Change Expectations into Intention

If we could only drop all expectations at the door, everytime, life would feel much more fulfilling and satisfying! Dropping all expectations leaves us open to fully embrace the present and thereby ~ enables us to make the best of what is at hand.
In opening ourselves in this way, unconditionaly without expectation, we always find the peace and happiness we each deserve, even if it is just for a moment! This exercise is also called Being Mindful. It is changing the burden of expectation into the energy of intention.
We are only capable of having/experiencing one emotion at a time; it is impossible for our pyche to do otherwise. SO, if we consciously let go and open ourselves at the same time...this is when we find that place we need to heal and grow.
Try to let go of all the expectations which you carry around...and see if you can feel that sense of peace and well-being that is always within reach.
If you can hold onto the intention to succeed, you will.
